4. Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and which are stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, or similar) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware.
Information is stored in the cookie that arises in each case in connection with the specific end device used. However, this does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity as a result.
On the one hand, the use of cookies serves to make the use of our service more pleasant for you. For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognise that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after you leave our site.
In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimise user-friendliness, which are stored on your end device for a certain defined period of time. If you visit our site again to use our services, it is automatically recognised that you have already been with us and what entries and settings you have made, so that you do not have to enter them again.
On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our service for you (see section 5). These cookies enable us to automatically recognise on a renewed visit to our site that you have already been with us. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period in each case.
The data processed by cookies are necessary for the stated purposes in order to safeguard our legitimate interests as well as those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO (GDPR).
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or a notice always appears before a new cookie is created. Complete deactivation of cookies may, however, mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website.
5. Google Web Fonts (locally hosted)
This site uses so-called Google Fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. No connection to Google servers takes place in the process.
Further information on Google Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
6. Google reCAPTCHA
In order to ensure sufficient data security in the transmission of forms, in certain cases we use the reCAPTCHA service of the company Google Inc. This serves primarily to distinguish whether the entry is being made by a natural person or improperly by mechanical and automated processing.
The service includes the transmission of the IP address and, where applicable, further data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The deviating data protection provisions of Google Inc. apply in this respect.
Further information on the data protection guidelines of Google Inc. can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/privacy or https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/

- pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO (GDPR) to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse its erasure and we no longer need the data, but you require it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO (GDPR);
- pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO (GDPR) to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller;

- pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO (GDPR) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our law firm's registered office for this purpose.
8. Right to object
Insofar as your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO (GDPR), you have the right pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO (GDPR) to object to the processing of your personal data, provided that there are grounds for doing so arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.
If you wish to exercise your right of revocation or objection, an email to info@fuchsrohrbach.de is sufficient.
9. Data security
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological development.
10. Topicality and amendment of this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid and is dated June 2019.
Due to the further development of our website and offers provided through it, or due to amended legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy. The respective current privacy policy can be accessed and printed out by you at any time on the website at https://www.fuchsrohrbach.de/datenschutz.
